Policies:
Payment: cash or card. Card information is held in the event of a no-show or last minute cancellation.
No-shows: 15 minutes late with no communication will be marked and charged as a no-show.
Cancellations: Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time to avoid a fee.
No-shows and last minute cancellations are subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost. If you don't have a card on file or your card is declined, you must pay the fee for the missed appointment before you can book again.
If you are booking a new dreadlock journey or extensions install, a deposit will need to be paid via invoice. I will not approve a new dreadlock appointment without a non-refundable deposit. The invoice is due 72 hours BEFORE the appointment. You must also fill out the virtual consultation form on the New Guests page BEFORE booking an appointment.
